Director Mr. Dozier Thomas is the Director of Brainerd Community Development Corporation on the South Side of Chicago. He took over the reigns of BCDC in January of 2000 after bering encouraged to do so by State Representative Monique Davis and Legislative Aide, Arnold Jordan. Under his leadership, the BCDC has become a viable, growing entity in the community. He has taken space and created an enviable computer lab that is second to none in the city.
